I am an absentee owner. I appreciate MP’s philosophy of upgrading and maintaining my property well (unlike former manager whose attitude was do the minimum) in order to maximize rental income. They are always prompt in responding to my inquiries. Nice people! Highly recommend.

As a renter, they were on top of any issues we had and communication was easy. If I were to hire a management company for my home (I recently purchased), I would confidently hire them.

Kristen and Kelli were super responsive to my request to have them manage my condo at 2244 2nd Ave, and it made my life so much easier on a difficult moving weekend. They communicated with me constantly to keep me informed of showings and interested applicants. There were a number of minor maintenance issues that I didn’t have time to correct myself, and their team handled them quickly at an incredibly fair price.
